Training embodies a true Outback experience and includes start-up and on-going training and support. The franchisee’s management team, including the Operating Partner, Managing Partner, Kitchen Manager and Manager are required to complete Outback’s management training program which involves on-the-job training in an existing Outback Steakhouse® restaurant. Training location and duration will be determined based on geographic, language and competency considerations. Only travel and accommodation expenses are borne by the franchisee.
