Training

New franchisees undergo two weeks of training at Express headquarters in Oklahoma and an additional week in a regional field office. Continual learning for franchisees and their staff is available through Express University, including certifications, webinars, and teleseminars. We host two live training events annually, at our regional SALES Summit and our International Leadership Conference. Express also coaches franchisees through a sales training track for higher levels of success.

Qualifications

Express is seeking potential franchise owners with business to business and/or sales experience with high energy and team building skills. Express offers franchisees two ownership models. The Core Model requires an investment of $120,000 to $140,000 and an active role in new business development by the franchise owner. The Expanded Model requires $170,000 to $195,000 and is formatted so the owner manages a sales staff of two and works with them to develop client relationships.
