Training
Training will cover the areas of administrative procedures, unit operations and maintenance, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, sales/marketing, promotions, and much more. You or your management team will take part in on-the-job training which will give you hands-on familiarity with operating an Alamo Drafthouse franchise. An experienced field manager from Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas will be on hand to provide on-site assistance both before and after your grand opening.
Qualifications
We’ve identified some of the qualifications that a successful candidate should possess. First, we are seeking sophisticated business people. Experience with operating high-volume restaurants is a plus. You should be knowledgeable in the areas of real estate, business costs, and operations. Naturally, a love of film is an important quality, as are maturity, stability and high personal standards of honesty, integrity, and excellence.
