IFA Membership Demographics  

Most people associate the word “franchise” with fast-food restaurants. But franchising operates in many industries including everything from automobile repair, hotels, senior care, personnel staffing, printing and copying services, retail, maintenance to party supplies – and more! IFA’s membership includes 1,100 franchise companies operating in more than 95 industries. In addition, IFA boasts more than 15,000 individual franchisee members and 550 supplier members. In short – IFA is the “Voice of Franchising” and we have been for over 50 years.

In just the following ten members of IFA, you will see they collectively have more than 187,000 individual company-owned and franchise units amongst them. And we have1,100 more members just like them – all with their own company-owned and franchised units and everyone one of them representing a collectively huge market for goods and services needed to run their businesses more efficiently and more profitably.
