Visiting Angels director Jeffrey Johnson is a social worker who started a care giving agency from his home in Baltimore, MD in 1991. By 1998, his business had serviced more than 1,000 clients and achieved annual revenues of $1.5 million! Through this experience, Visiting Angels put the "Care" back in Homecare.
