The UPS Store offers a comprehensive program focused on developing the business management and operational skills needed to own and operate a center. Our month-long program includes: web-based tutorials, in-center training, and a ten-day course in San Diego, CA. The UPS Store University was honored with the Peak Award by the American Society of Training & Development in 2007. Ongoing development is provided through web-based training and resources, area meetings, and worldwide networking.
