As a TAB-Certified Facilitator and Coach, franchisees lead monthly peer advisory board meetings where members present issues they’re facing in their business. Based on the collective experience of the board, members receive practical advice on how to solve challenges and seize new opportunities.

TRAINING
Franchisees travel to Denver where they learn about forming TAB Boards, marketing and sales processes, board facilitation and private coaching. After training, a TAB designee will be in territory for two weeks delivering on-site training and assisting with member acquisition. Additionally, a experienced TAB-Certified Facilitator & Coach will provide monthly telephone coaching sessions for new Franchisees to reinforce the skills learned at training and to answer the ‘How do I’ questions.
