Description
The Taco Maker Restaurants offer Mexican food, including tacos, burritos, nachos, and taco salads, as well as beverages and other complementary food items. Jake’s Over the Top Restaurants offer distinctive ice cream shakes, charbroiled burgers, cheese fries, fries, chicken sandwiches and other complementary food products in a 1950s atmosphere. Mayan Juice Restaurants offer beverages that incorporate real fruit juices blended with fruit, berries, ice and other flavorful ingredients.

TRAINING
Our training program consists of 19 days of instruction by our management team concerning all aspects of the operation and management of the Franchised Business. The training should be scheduled four to six weeks ahead of the scheduled opening of your Restaurant and near the completion of construction and after hiring your key employees. The training will take place at our headquarters in Utah or at another location designated by us.
