Prior to opening your new restaurant we will train you at a corporate store for 4 to 8 weeks. You will have hands-on training preparing every item fresh from scratch. All of our sauces, pastas, pizza dough, and salad dressings are made in house. You will learn how to prepare fresh Italian entrees using the best ingredients, trained by chef and owner of NY Pizzeria, using unique family recipes. Plus, you will be provided with ongoing training and support along with operational manuals.
