Premier Auto by Rent began franchising in December 2008. However, our predecessor, Auto by Rent of Springfield, Missouri, began operations in 2003. We have no national competitors. Premier Auto by Rent is a member of The Premier Companies. This organization consists of five franchise systems that offer a wide variety of products and services, primarily focused on the rent-to-own industry. TRAINING
All new franchisees go to Springfield, Missouri for a dealer orientation program lasting from two to four weeks, depending on prior experience. Training consists of all store procedures including site selection, store build out, acquiring and preparing vehicles, inventory control, auto maintenance, marketing, proprietary software, recruitment and hiring, payroll and more. Everything the dealer needs to open a store is outlined in our Manual and websites. It is reviewed with new dealers by our President and our Director of Operations during the training.

QUALIFICATIONS
Premier Auto by Rent is a franchise opportunity geared primarily to the experienced auto sales professional who desires assistance in owning and operating their own business. No specific years of experience or financial status are required. We work with each potential applicant individually to determine their financial needs and customize our assistance to address them. Assistance is also provided for the recruitment of seasoned management professional.
