TRAINING
The Potbelly Owner/Operator training model consists of 8 weeks of in shop training for the Managing Owner and 6 weeks of in shop training for the Lead Manager. This consists of real life experience in our company owned shops, as well as classroom training at the Potbelly Support Center in Chicago.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for "Potbelly People" to become franchisees. That means people that love working with a team, have solid business experience (not necessarily in restaurants), the financial qualifications, possess personal motivation and have been successful. Our operating model is a two person owner/operating team. Individual candidates will be considered.
