TRAINING
Complete technical, marketing and business operations training is provided and costs are included in the franchise fee. The initial 2 week classroom and in-field training at the Pillar To Post training campus focuses on home inspection, report writing and all technical matters to meet the national standards. Marketing and business operations training begin at the campus and then continue for the 10 week “Quick Start Program”. Training is ongoing via webinars, regional and national meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates do not need a technical or construction background, but should enjoy being around houses and people. A combination of skills in attention to detail and building referral relationships with people will serve well. Must be comfortable with computers and be an open and active learner. You must bring resilience and a drive to succeed. Backgrounds in real estate, sales, construction, the military, small business ownership have all proven useful, but not essential.
