In appreciation for the valiant service of our United States Military Personnel, Papa Murphy’s International is proud to offer a Franchise Incentive to individuals that qualify for the program explained below: •Year 1 the Franchised Business is open: 2% of Net Sales •Year 2 the Franchised Business is open: 3% of Net Sales •Year 3 the Franchised Business is open: 4% of Net Sales •At the end of three years and thereafter for the term of the Franchise Agreement, the Royalty Fee is 5% • The total aggregate waiver of royalties pursuant to the terms of the Franchise Agreement Amendment shall not exceed $25,000. Once the $25,000 waiver is met, the applicable Royalty Fee shall automatically revert to the required 5%. •This offer is eligible for individuals who sign a Franchise Agreement for new initial stores and has been honorably discharged by the US Military.
