TRAINING
Training is held at the company headquarters in Las Vegas, NV for up to 25 days. The franchise fee covers training for 2 people but does not include travel, lodging, or transportation. We provide an extensive operations manual and train fully in all aspects of the business operations. Training completion is defined by certification. Upon opening, we provide up to 5 days on-site assistance. On-going training is provided throughout the franchise term.

QUALIFICATIONS
Prior specialty baking industry experience is not necessary. We look for franchisees that have solid business management skills, sales and marketing experience, and a strong commitment to guest service.
