TRAINING
NiteLites comprehensive training starts with 6 days at our Myrtle Beach, SC training facility. You will learn about product, get hands on training with lighting design, sales, and installation techniques and will also have back office training. Once back your territory, NiteLites will schedule 3 day in territory to help you refine your processes. NiteLites also offers franchise owners an annual conference, annual business review and planning session, and executive level day-to-day support.

QUALIFICATIONS
NiteLites looks for leaders, people who understand value, enjoy selling, and are willing to embrace our culture of high touch customer service. You should have at least 5 years management experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.
