TRAINING
Mr. Sandless provides tuition free training for you and up to three others. We have an onsite furnished and comfortable apartment for you to use during training at no cost to you. We provide transportation to and from the airport, as well as a company vehicle for you to use during your 5 day stay. Training is completely hands on, with certified floor experts teaching you on real job sites for real customers. We have never had a franchise owner struggle with the service!

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for individuals, partnerships or groups who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump into the mix. Your technical ability is not important! We have people from every walk of life performing the service in an excellent manner. This includes ex-stock brokers, lawyers, financial partners, ex-truck drivers, ex-furniture movers, ex-auto mechanics and more. Your ability to handle calls and phone sales are important as all estimating is done over the phone.
