MilliCare franchisees are initially trained through four modules, which include an orientation and franchise, sales and technical training. These resources are supplemented with ongoing support by a dedicated franchise business consultant. The MilliCare culture encourages knowledge sharing across our global network through annual education and networking meetings, online and in-person training through MilliCare University, and IICRC certification courses.
