TRAINING
We utilize a customized "Benchmark" training system for each franchisee to ensure that they are trained in every aspect of store operations as it applies to their previous experience. Franchisees are also trained in all areas of business, administration, operations including marketing & advertising with the utilization of the "6 Week/6 Month Comprehensive Grand Opening System". Pre/During/Post opening, a Area Representative and/or a franchisor representatives will be assigned to your stores to assist in all aspects of business operations and marketing strategy.
