TRAINING

Phase 1- Mama Fu's will provide 8 weeks initial training for up to 4 individuals. Instruction will begin at Mama Fu's headquarters and pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters. The majority of training will be on-the-job working side by side with our experienced staff in every phase of restaurant operations. Phase 2- An experienced trainer from Mama Fu's will provide on-site training for 10 days to assist the franchisee with openings. Ongoing support will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mama Fu's is focusing on recruitment of multi-unit operators with food service experience, but will consider single unit operators in selected markets. Passive involvement is discouraged; non-operating franchisees must have strong operators responsible for day-to-day activities of the business. Such operators must have ownership interest in the business. Minimum financial requirements are $150,000 liquidity and $1,000,000 net worth.
