MTOclean is a national franchise of residential and commercial cleaning professionals. Opportunities exist in maid/janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor care and air duct, and power washing services. Our Personal Touch system gives a market niche unlike any other in the business. The initial franchise fee is between $5,000 and $9,000 per Franchised Service. For the Basic Cleaning Franchised Service, a Territory Fee ($0.75 per Qualified Household) also applies. Each Franchised Service has a specified Initial Package Fee. TRAINING
6 weeks long and consists of 3 phases: PLAN, TRAIN & LAUNCH. The PLAN phase of our training program consists of classroom training. This is a course on all the basics necessary to know how to run a cleaning company. Next is the TRAIN phase of the training program, and it consists of one-on-one training with a coach, to go into greater detail on the key points from the classroom training. Last is the LAUNCH phase of the training program, which consists of on-site/hands on training. Here everything learned is put to use.
