John Hewitt shares his years of experience with students at each training session. All of Liberty's trainers have experience running offices, so they understand the challenges and know how to explain what you can expect to encounter during your first tax season. Several of our trainers have experience in other departments including operations, marketing and administration. Training not only takes place in the classroom, but out in the field too. Our students visit local franchisee offices, performing a full site evaluation on an office.
Liberty Regional Support
Liberty's Area Developers (ADs) direct you through Liberty's operating system during tax season and throughout the year. They offer guidance in training, site selection, staffing and operational support.
Our regional support team is responsible for helping franchisees develop budgets, action plans and long term goals. When you become part of Liberty Tax Service, you become our partner. And we will be the best partner you will ever have!
Liberty Marketing
Liberty has the perfect icon for marketing our brand. The Statue of Liberty is not only patriotic, but she's a symbol of acceptance and trust. We embrace Lady Liberty in all of our marketing endeavors. Of course she's a part of our logo, but she also has a prominent place in nearly all of our print pieces. We also dress employees in Lady Liberty costumes to create brand awareness on streets across the country.
One of Liberty's most innovative marketing tools is guerrilla marketing. We don't wait for customers to come to us - we go to them. Why pay for exposure when a press release or a free return promotion can accomplish the same thing? Radio shows, question and answer segments on television, franchisee interviews and our Lady Libertys generate lots of free publicity. Our Lady Libertys do more than stand on street corners waving (although they do plenty of that), they also deliver coupons to businesses, attend community events, hand out Liberty crowns to children at day-care centers and get Liberty a great deal of publicity.
