Our two week Learning and Development training program consists of two practical components: classroom training around best practices and field immersion training for practical application and experience of running a homecare business. Post our Homecare Academy, all franchisees go through a 12-week coaching, training and mentoring program to help with the ramp up of the business, then receive on-going in-field operational support, along with regional workshops and monthly Webinars.

Our ideal candidate fits 5 specific criteria: 1) a strong desire to give back to others and their community, 2) a leadership background, with specific experience in recruiting/training/ coaching/best practices, 3) the skills, ability and desire to execute a B2B and B2C relationship building model, 4) full time and effort the first three years (no part-time or passive investors), 5) financially viable.
