TRAINING

Our two week Learning and Development training program consists of two practical components: classroom training around best practices and field immersion training for practical application and experience of running a homecare business. Post our Homecare Academy, all franchisees go through a 12-week coaching and mentoring program to help with the ramp up of the business, then receive on-going in-field operational support, along with regional workshops and monthly Webinars.
