TRAINING
All franchise owners and new restaurant employees are required to attend training and receive certification offered by our own Golden Krust Training Center. Training for new franchise owners includes an intensive two-week course, which is then followed by a third week of in-store support during the opening. Golden Krust also offers web-based on-line training in order to deliver training expeditiously and cost-effectively, and to allow for 24/7 easy access to learning content. Golden Krust utilizes the ‘blended learning’ approach to training, using a variety of media to deliver content, such as classroom theoretical, in-store hands-on practical, audio-visual presentations, and hard copy documented standards & procedures.
