We are with you every step (no pun intended) of the way. We provide leadership, support and assistance with site selection, architectural layout, construction, Flip Flop Shops University Training Program (6 days of classroom and field training in Irvine, CA), grand opening support, marketing support, buying leadership on the hottest brands and latest styles, public relations assistance, and ongoing operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Passionate about flip flops and sandals, desire to live life with your toes exposed, willingness to learn, good sense of humor or at least laugh at our jokes, enjoys people, charity involvement always helps, a willingness to follow a system, and knowledge of retail industry is a definite advantage but NOT essential.
