TRAINING

Prior to store opening, new franchisee orientation and training takes place for 10 days at the FAST-FIX University School, located in Delray Beach, Florida. Our training program covers every aspect of our business - including hiring, training, store organization and workflow, sales, intake, customer service, store policy, management tools, POS, inventory, marketing and merchandising, and safety & security - so that you have the materials and tools to be successful in the jewelry and watch repair business. Five additional days are then spent with our Field and Operations Manager at your store's grand opening to ensure a smooth start and to complete the training. Continual training is available through annual conventions, regional marketing meetings, refresher courses at training facility, 24/7 800 line telephone support and much more.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong people skills. The required amount of capital. Financial stability and capability. Business/management or retail background. A desire to succeed. Previous franchise ownership is a plus. No jewelry experience is necessary.
