Offering Financial Assistance
Our cost of projects including land and building range from $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 and you will need $325,000 to $500,000 cash to qualify for financing which can usually be provided by our Preferred Lenders or the SBA if you have excellent credit.
VetFran Incentive
We do not currently participate in the VetFran program due to the significant capital requirements of our program; however, we will be happy to talk with any qualified veterans to try to achieve their dreams.

COMPANY DETAILS
Description
We are a learning center for children ages infant thru school age with 2 sizes of schools for 190 children (9,400 sq. ft. building) or 250 children (12,000 sq. ft. building). Our classrooms surround our Creative World Exploratorium which is a unique, hands-on wonder room filled with imagination and learning. Each day, our children enter a space of beauty... highlighted by skylights and billowing clouds painted thirty feet overhead. The Exploratorium curriculum recognizes the individuality of childhood and focuses on three powerful concepts – Enrichment, Education and Exploration.

TRAINING
We furnish 2-3 weeks of management training for you and your Director(s) at our headquarters in Ft. Myers, FL. We will also train your teachers and staff at your school for 1 week prior to opening. Additional training is conducted on an on-going basis to achieve and maintain full accreditation. There is no charge for any of this training. We pride ourselves in delivering full support to our franchisees and will be with you throughout the development process, your Grand Opening and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS
If you are looking for the freedom and flexibility to be in business for yourself without being in business by yourself, a Creative World School® franchise offers this and more! You will be able to leverage our experience and expertise as you operate your own school by simply following our business model. You do not need previous childcare experience to own a Creative World School®. Most franchisees hire a qualified Director; however, we do recommend that you become certified over time.
