TRAINING
The Buffalo Wing Factory training plan includes; the franchisee and his management team spending time in the corporate stores learning all operations, the BWF corporate training team working in the franchise units, all inclusive manuals and continued support from corporate for the life of the franchise. BWF will always provide proper training concerning new menu items and operational changes.
