Brothers Overview

Marc and Eric Fortney began operating Brothers Est. 1967® Bar & Grill in 1990.  Since that time, Brothers has developed a strong reputation of having the “best specials” and the “most fun” in a safe and inviting environment.

Why Brothers?

Our success is the result of a continued focus on the customer.  We distinguish our “stores” from others in the following ways:

  • No two stores are designed alike.  The Brothers store layout and design includes high-quality materials, state-of-the art sound and video, and offers a first-rate, entertainment and casual dining experience.
  • As a family-owned business, our reputation is vital.  Key to that reputation is the strength of the team we hire.  By being particular about who we hire, we’re able to provide outstanding and consistent service to our customers.
  • Our Beverage Director ensures that our beverage specials are leading the industry.  This industry leadership means that we are consistently meeting the changing tastes of our customers.
  • Our Executive Chef pays close attention to the menu to ensure that high-quality, flavorful ingredients are used in our original menu items.  We also leave room for each store to include items that uniquely appeal to each market.
