Brothers Overview 

Marc and Eric Fortney began operating Brothers Est. 1967® Bar & Grill in 1990.  Since that time, Brothers has developed a strong reputation for having the “best specials” and the “most fun” in a safe and inviting environment.

Why Brothers? 

We challenge you to find another concept like ours!  If you want something more than simply owning or running a restaurant, you get it from Brothers.  We create and operate entertainment destinations focused on the 21 to 35 year old demographic, so get out of the “box” and into Brothers!

  • Décor and layout.  We have an eye for what décor appeals to our customers, and we continually invest in new ideas.  But beyond the décor and state-of-the-art music and video systems, our store layouts ensure we maximize traffic, and minimize bottlenecks.     
  • Individuality.  By design, no two stores are alike.  You’ll never walk into a Brothers and know what to expect.  That’s because you’ll find us in everything from 100 year old buildings to brand-new construction. It’s part of the brand that sets us apart.
  • Beverage program ingenuity.  A beverage program isn’t just about “mixology.”  It’s about how to integrate beverage into new and different events throughout the week, month, and year in order to keep customers guessing about what’s going to be next.  Sure we’re constantly developing new drink specials, but wrap an “event” around those specials, and now you’ve got something, well, “special.”
  • Made-from-scratch menu items.  Yes, you read it right.  Our Executive Chef has architected a food menu that features made-from-scratch recipes – right down to our salad dressings and sauces.  We don’t think you should have to spend money on marginal food, so Brothers offers a spectacular venue, the best beverage specials, and great food.
