How many ways can I generate revenue? At BrightStar, we offer three different service lines – LifeCare, KidCare and Staffing. Since BrightStar is recognized as a quality provider of care, various national accounts will turn to local owners for service, which can be a lucrative portion of your overall business. Today, we already have over 50 national accounts with another 100 on the horizon all in an effort to help our owners ramp up and gain additional revenue.
How have you leveraged technology to win in today’s market? BrightStar has developed a proprietary web-based technology which allows our owners and their staff to focus on sales and not on the paperwork. Every function of the business – Sales, Human Resources, Scheduling, Collections, Payroll, and Accounting – produces efficiencies that eliminate approximately two full time office positions in comparable operations. We also provide dashboard metric systems to benchmark your performance to other owners locally, regionally, and nationally. Finally, we offer a world-class consumer website, owner-to-owner discussion groups and a push toward social-networking that is unparalleled in the industry.
What level of support do I receive after I’m open? Unit economics are the only way BrightStar will continue to grow and be successful. As a result, BrightStar owners go through a four day new owner training and 9 day opening training. After opening, you will receive the first of three yearly site visits from a member of BrightStar’s field support team who are made up of highly seasoned experts who are there to coach you and your staff to your highest levels of performance. BrightStar’s ongoing support includes bi-weekly best practices calls, quarterly town hall calls, an annual meeting to connect with owners and share information, online owner-to-owner discussion groups, and weekly communications from our CEO. We also support the development of your office team through an annual Branch Manager Conference, online forums to share best practices, an initial 5 day training program and a support team available when they need it.
