TRAINING
Our franchisees benefit from site selection and design & build guidance to get their shops built. Training begins with eight days spent at Scoop University in Vermont, followed by in-store training prior to opening and ongoing support from a field-based operations team.

QUALIFICATIONS
We seek franchisees with shared values, passion for the brand, and a full-time commitment to developing the Ben & Jerry’s franchise business; strong business acumen and 2 years of management experience at the GM level or higher in a restaurant or retail business; a zeal for working with the public; a fun, flexible, and enthusiastic personality with strong leadership skills; and an excitement for community involvement and social responsibility.
