TRAINING
The Bearclaw Coffee Company provides comprehensive initial staff and owner training. We operate a five (5) day Franchisee Training Seminar to educate our new franchisees. Also, our Team is on-site for 5 full days at the opening of each store and is on-call 24 hours a day after opening.
