Our franchisees receive our proprietary web-based management system; classroom and on-the-job training and assistance regarding the teaching methods, management and administration of a school; proven advertising and marketing programs; prototypical specifications for build-out; specifications, standards, policies, procedures and guidelines for operating Bach to Rock Schools and teaching and conducting courses; and student development and service techniques and programs.

We seek leaders with strong management or business backgrounds. Although music experience or ability is not necessary, a desire to succeed and have fun while doing it is. The ability to create a team of energetic, dependable and committed musicians to make great things happen is essential.
