TRAINING
Franchisees receive orientation and procedural training at the Support Center followed by point-of-sale training at their store. Training sessions in consultative selling are also provided along with additional support delivered through field sales managers, DVDs, advertising and merchandising, and assistance with customer education.

QUALIFICATIONS
A limited number of highly qualified individuals are sought to become multi-unit franchise owner/operators in select areas of the country. A business reflects the personality and behavior of its owner. While a variety of skills are necessary, certain disqualification factors apply. However, prior experience in the salon industry is not required. Some of the minimum requirements necessary for consideration are a minimum of $250,000 of liquid assets and experience managing both personnel and inventory.
