As a TAB franchisee, you will chair group meetings of owners, CEOs and presidents of privately owned companies. These peer advisory boards consist of up to 10 members from non-competing businesses. Meeting monthly, TAB Board members operate in a confidential, "think tank" atmosphere where he/she can present challenges and opportunities for seasoned, practical advice from other members and his/her facilitator.

In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide individual coaching sessions using the simple, easy-to-use Strategic Business Leadership®  (SBL) process. As an SBL-Certified Coach, you will help owners define their personal and business visions. With SBL, you assist business owners in strategically leading their businesses to greater success -- however they define it.

About TAB Facilitators/Coaches

TAB franchisees must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a senior corporate executive, business consultant or entrepreneur and enjoy making use of their business background by working as an advisory board facilitator and personal business coach. The TAB franchise opportunity is ideal for transitioning executives, business consultants and entrepreneurs who are looking to start or expand a consulting business. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting and speaking to groups, coaching individual businesses, facilitating group meetings and consulting. TAB provides the tools, contacts and flexibility to increase income potential with consulting projects from TAB Board members and their members’ referrals. TAB franchise owners can leverage their experience in a proven franchise business model and are never alone in the process.

 

TAB Training & Support 

TAB offers valuable tools, processes and resources to help you launch and grow your TAB franchise, while delivering value to your members. Our corporate team is focused on the development of new solutions and dedicated to continuous improvement.

 

Initial Training 

Training is held at corporate headquarters in Colorado. New Franchisees will spend 6 days learning all that they need to know about forming TAB Boards, the TAB marketing and sales process, facilitation and private coaching, and delivering on TAB's mission to help business owners achieve their vision of success. 

 

Ongoing Training & Support

TAB also provides ongoing training and support to help you apply the knowledge you gain at Initial Training to your franchise territory. This includes:

  • 4 weeks of field support in your protected territory
  • Personal coaching from a successful TAB-Certified Facilitator
  • Monthly conference calls with your peers
  • Annual facilitator conferences
  • Marketing telephone consultation
  • Web-based library of business resources
  • On-site training where a TAB designee will attend and review one of the first TAB Board Meetings

 

TAB Investment

Royalty Fee:                 35% or $1,500-3,500 per month (depending on territory size selected)
