All American’s orientation and training program consists of: 1) a one week classroom training session at our Portland, Oregon training center highlighting operations, business fundamentals, personnel, and restaurant marketing; 2) up to three weeks of hands on in-store training – at your store – for the store’s owner, manager and store personnel; and 3) on-going training through store visitations and monthly newsletters.
