What kind of background do I need to be successful in this franchise?

What kind of training and support will I receive?
Initial training is an intensive, one-week of seminars held at our Training Center in New York. This training covers all aspects of products and services offered, operational training for the day-to-day business management and bookkeeping issues, technical training on the computer system and software as well as local marketing techniques and use of existing marketing plans.
