TRAINING
2 weeks of Training. The first week is spent in the classroom learning the technical items such as paint technology, estimating, computer systems and software, business and marketing plans, sales, marketing, recruiting, etc. that are necessary to operate your business. The second week is spent in the field at your location, implementing the skills you learned in week one. We also provide continued support to all franchisees with the best ratio of franchisees to support staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
A qualified individual will have good oral and written communication skills with the drive to work independently in running their own business. You must be a self starter, proficient in Microsoft Office and have adequate computer skills. Time, people and financial management skills are also a plus.
